Visitation of Thai Wats in Malaysia

Picture Right : Experience this Majestic and pleasent scenery of Buddha seating and facing to the housing area which is just about 25 meters away...(below image). This is the panorama view from the steps beside Silver Buddha's statue and you could tell how close the statue to the housing area. Not much has change since my last visit.....1989!...I meant the housing area and even the badminton court is still exist and the stone slabs seats still there, unbroken after all these years!

I visited this place on the 6th Nov, 2011 and was with a female friend, when i decided to show her the location where i usually would ' lepak ' during those school days after my extra tuition clases and even on the weeks after exam...here me and my school friends would come and lay down on the badminton court gazing the stars printed on the night sky....This location is known as Taman Kemuncak @ Ipoh Garden South.

While i planned to show my female companion of this place, i was surprise to find the huge changes and guess what....there is this Siam Wat know as Wat Puthanimittam, Taman Kemuncak, Ipoh Garden South. If you ever been to ipoh, come here to see for yourself the majestic statue of Phra Buddha in Silver, standing tall right next to a limestone hill....(Ipoh is known to have many limestone hills).

People have asked me how big is the Buddha statue at Taman Kemuncak, Ipoh Selatan and i told them is like 100feet high. However, to imagine how high the statue is, i attached another image of me taken right in front of the statue...you can see for yourself how big this statue is.

I found this temple on my trip back from Kulim to Penang via Bkt. Mertajam. This is through the old road from Lunas to Bkt. Mertajam via Kubang Semang.  

Master Luang Pho Thuad

Master LP Thuad Shrine at Wat Chanthararam. The atmosphere in this shrine is pleasent and calming. I came back here again on day two as the first visit wasn't satisfactory. i like the atmosphere and also this shrine as it look simple and tidy. am surely there must be someone who really look after this place seriously.

Encountering my experiences with LP Thuad is alot and since i pray to him sincerely ( see my Buddhist altar page), I find him to be rather strict and adhere to protocols. My experiences that i will share with readers later. If you are someone who are into worshipping LP Thuad, please do not drink, gamble or even fool around outside with ladies. Though I may sound abit out of topic, but i honestly respect Master LP Thuad and i usually consult him in my dialy morning chanting and prayers, to show me sign of certain things that i need his help, it does happen and by adhering to it, one shall have a positive results. Like the local sayings' one means one and two means two'...meaning if you consult him for issues you face, you must always be prepare to follow the path exactly how you regale your case to him and once you have the answer, adhere to it strictly. Don't twist around as you will not get the positive result.
